First it was Unlimited Mimosas and then restaurants started putting time restrictions on it and NOW a "Vomit Charge."

So now some California Restaurants will be charging if you have way too many mimosas and throw up. California restaurant Kitchen Story implemented a “vomit fee” - “A $50 cleaning fee will automatically be included in your tap when you throw up in our public areas. Thank you so much for understanding,”

See this is why we can't have nice things, some people take it way too far! However I will admit I have thrown up in a public restaurant before but at least I made it to the trash can!

I can see a lot more restaurants implementing this new rule!
