A resident of Vladivostok managed to get out the way just in the nick of time as a massive concrete block smashed into his car after falling from atop a nine-storey residential building on Thursday. CCTV footage acquired by Ruptly shows the man scraping the windshield of his car of snow before looking up and sighting the concrete slab as it was hurtling towards his vehicle. He managed to leap out the way just a split second before the block slammed into the roof of his car almost splitting it in two. An investigation into the incident is underway. After police have finished inspecting the scene, public utility workers will begin to clear up the site. The car is said to be beyond repair.
