Ridiculous New Restriction On LA County Outdoor Dining Is Plain Stupid

This is just plain stupid. I'm sorry but how the hell are you going to enforce this law on the outdoor dining? People want to get out and eat outdoors and sometimes do enjoy watching a basketball game on tv. This is seriously the most random dumb restriction I seen yet because what is their reasoning for this? Majority of restaurants and bars have some type of television in their outdoor patios.
