A man in Georgia is suing the Georgia police department for $700,000 after they wrongfully arrested him and injured him.

On February 8, Antonio Arnelo Smith was wrongfully arrested and slammed to the ground.
While he was on the ground, the cops realized they had the wrong man!Â
The entire time, Antonio was on the ground screaming, asking them to let go and telling them that they're hurting him.
